From refunds and returns to safeguarding your information, we want you to feel confident and comfortable working with us. Tiny Jewel Box will never share your information with any third party. By sending your information, you are agreeing to be contacted by Tiny Jewel Box based on the information you provide, and to be updated about Tiny Jewel Box's fine programs and services.
STORE POLICY
- Refunds within 7 days; exchanges within 30 days, when accompanied by a valid receipt. Holiday refund policy applies in store — see current holiday terms.
- No returns on special orders, engraved items, sized merchandise, or altered goods.
- Eligible Rolex Certified Pre-Owned returns are only accepted within 7 days of sale for a refund or 30 days for an exchange. Returned items must be in unworn/unaltered condition with all boxes, guarantees, hang tags, and papers. Acceptance subject to a Tiny Jewel Box manager approval. A $750 Re-Certification Fee will apply to any return/exchange of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches.
- Corporate merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Repairs: Jewelry and Watch repairs on premises.
Shipping: Available within the United States. Rates vary depending on destination, speed of delivery and value of item(s).
Engraving and Sizing: Tiny Jewel Box provides engraving and sizing services on items purchased through our store. Not all items may be personalized.

THE TINY JEWEL BOX CONFLICT-FREE DIAMOND POLICY
At Tiny Jewel Box, we only purchase diamonds through suppliers who, like us, adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process. This initiative was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 2003 to monitor the buying and selling of diamonds. The process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, ensures that all of our diamonds are warranted to be conflict-free.
CORAL
Tiny Jewel Box does not sell any coral products. We understand that unsustainable coral harvesting can critically damage important marine ecosystems. We work to increase awareness about coral conservation and the role that the jewelry industry can play in its protection.
IVORY
While trading in antique ivory remains legal, Tiny Jewel Box does not engage in the practice in an effort to discourage its use in any capacity.
REPAIR POLICIES
- I agree that the approximate values and description of the item(s) are correct, and accept the terms and conditions as written below.
- This store, including the employees, accepts no responsibility for the condition or identification of jewelry or stones upon receipt. Items are submitted to this store for repair only and not as an article to be evaluated or appraised.
- Items are irreplaceable, unique, fragile, of brittle nature or susceptible to damage from light, heat, moisture or stress, or by an inherent condition and you agree to hold this store harmless and accept all risks of loss or damage to items requested to be repaired.
- Responsibility for loss, theft, or damage is accepted by us only in the event of our negligence; the loss will be limited to the cost to repair or replace the item.
- I understand that under certain circumstances the item(s) may be sent to a third party for repair.
- Special orders, sizings, alterations and engraving to original merchandise are FINAL SALES.
- Not responsible for articles held over 120 days.
- No article can be picked up without this receipt.
