GENERAL QUESTIONS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer refunds within seven days and exchanges within 30 days, when accompanied by a valid receipt. We do not accept returns of special orders, engraved or sized items, or merchandise that has been altered in any way. For Rolex Certified Pre-Owned: returns accepted within 7 days; a $750 Re-Certification Fee applies.

HOW DO I GET AN APPRAISAL FOR MY JEWELRY?

Tiny Jewel Box only does appraisals on items we sell; however, we would be happy to refer you to an independent appraiser. Please contact us for a referral.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

We recommend bringing your jewelry in for a professional cleaning. Our staff is always happy to clean your jewelry at no charge during store hours. For at-home care, use a soft brush with mild soap and warm water, and avoid harsh chemicals.

WHAT IS TINY JEWEL BOX DOING ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF CONFLICT DIAMONDS?

Tiny Jewel Box only purchases diamonds through suppliers who adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, ensuring all our diamonds are conflict-free. We are also proud members of the Natural Diamond Council.

WHAT ARE GIA AND AGS?

GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and AGS (American Gem Society) are the two most respected independent diamond grading laboratories in the world. Both use standardized grading systems to evaluate a diamond's cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.

HOW CAN I HAVE A PIECE OF JEWELRY REPAIRED?

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY WATCH SERVICED?

Tiny Jewel Box offers full watch servicing through our in-house watchmaker. Please call (202) 654-1686 or bring your watch into the store for an assessment.

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES FOR REPAIRS?

All repair work is subject to a written estimate prior to commencement. Tiny Jewel Box is not responsible for items left over 30 days after notification of repair completion. Special orders, alterations, and engraving are final sale.

All four Cs — cut, color, clarity, and carat — are important, but cut has the greatest impact on a diamond's sparkle and brilliance. Our bridal specialists are happy to walk you through each characteristic.

WHAT KIND OF CERTIFICATE(S) OR WARRANTIES DO I RECEIVE WITH MY DIAMOND RING?

All loose diamonds over 0.50ct come with a GIA or AGS grading report. We also provide a written appraisal for insurance purposes. Our craftsmanship is warranted against defects.
